April, the Sales Mgr. and Fred, my Salesman, should be teaching courses on making car buying a pleasurable experience. Instead, they ensured I received top value on my trade and beat the competitors' pricing on my new vehicle. Steve, the Finance guru, shopped all the lenders for the best rate. He said he would continue looking for a better rate after I took delivery. He did just that. The day after delivery, Steve called and asked me to come back because he had found a better deal. I doubt if there is another dealership in America with a better sales team than South Strand Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep. Thanks again to Fred for making the entire process stress free without pressure, April for her spot-on input on paint choice, and Steve for his integrity and knowledge of finance and warranty. More
