I went to South Shore last month with intentions of leasing or buying a pre-owned Crosstrek or Forester. Although I did not end up finding the right pre-owned Forester I was looking for at South Shore, Lou helped tremendously with providing great service and info on pricing, different models/trim detail, leasing vs. financing options, etc... Anything you can think of when it comes to car shopping, he was able to work with me diligently to make sure I would be satisfied with my choices. If I am ever back in the market for a new Subaru, I will be going to South Shore and hope to work with Lou again or someone just as great! More
