I don’t normally leave reviews because even when I read them I take them with a grain of salt. However, my experience at South Shore Subaru was one I never really had before at a dealership. I walked in and right away was greater by Evan Roth and offered to help me. When he approached I immediately was expecting the “sales job” but Evan was truly a salesman that not only had knowledge of the products in the showroom, but exuded class and mutual respect for the customer. He understood my dilemma, my concerns, and ultimately sold me a car that I had no expectations to buy. Why? Not only was the car a great product (2022 Impreza sport) , but he sold me on the dealership, it’s reputation, and the customer service I expect in the future. Ultimately he helped me with a car that I was able to give to my daughter for Christmas which she loved. The others were also great to deal with (I apologize for forgetting the names but was the manager and the finance guy) and all made the experience pleasurable to my surprise given the purchasing environment we are in right now. Again thank you and I would recommend this dealership and Evan to anyone. More

I have never written a review before but this one was definitely needed. I had never had an experience like this one at a car dealership before and I have been looking around many areas. The sales manage definitely needed. I had never had an experience like this one at a car dealership before and I have been looking around many areas. The sales manager Nico and our sales person Nevin Reyes was some of the best people I have come to work with. Extremely knowledgable about their cars and what features that they all have. They made me feel as comfortable as possible talking to them about such a stressful situation with cars right now. I highly recommend talking to Nevin Reyes trust me it is hard looking for sales people like him. I definitely will come back here again in the future. More
