I had the best buying experience ever! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who made me feel right at home. I was offered refreshments immediately. Right away, Nico the Sales Manager came over and introduced himself. After a very pleasant brief conversation he introduced me to the Salesman Brandon. Brandon went above and beyond what anyone would expect to help me find the right vehicle. We decided that the best vehicle would be the Crosstrek. Nico and Brandon worked with me and showed how this vehicle would fit my budget. I knew right then and there that this was the right place to buy my car and bought it the same day. Howard in finance assisted me with completing all my paperwork. Upon delivery, Brandon had a beautiful red bow on my car as well as a personalized sign. I was so happy and overwhelmed! He took over an hour to explain every feature and even took the time to pair my iPhone. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime but never had such an incredible experience! He expedited test drives and helped us narrow the field to our purchase of a new Subaru Crosstrek which we picked up last week.
