The FInance department shows you everything you agreed to on a computer screen, then prints out a extremely long yellow sheet and folds it stating everything is as agreed to on the computer. Your in the office signing and reading so many documents and you miss this sneaky tactic. Once confronted they tried to lie saying it was a Bank "Loan Origination Fee". I then spoke to Associated Bank and was told they don't charge a "Loan Origination Fee" and upon review the bank said the contract was shady, because any additional fees are supposed to be itemized. South Shore Nissan did not itemize the additional fee, they instead added it to the cars original price. I was told to get the contract done over, but the dealership refused and sent me back a check for what they stole. I've been home recovering from a torn Achilles tendon and really wasn't able to deal with the situation accordingly. This dealership needs to be investigated. Horrible, Dishonest…2015 Murano… brought into service for non-functioning Rear Liftgate. Was told both motors and pistons for liftgate needed replacement plus time: $2,700. We passed. Jump ahead 3 weeks, so non-functioning Rear Liftgate. Was told both motors and pistons for liftgate needed replacement plus time: $2,700. We passed. Jump ahead 3 weeks, someone minor rear-ended the car… brought it to auto body shop.. when we got the car back the liftgate was working properly… I asked how that happened. The answer was: they noticed the gate was not working so they reset a code… no charge…… I would think if you are a certified Nissan Mechanic… checking the code would be the first thing you’d do, if you weren’t dishonest More

So this might be a long story but please read and shop at your own expense. I find a 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 74k miles for $10,935 (internet price) and I was in. We test drive the vehicle besides a couple of minor issues it’s fine. We sit down with the salesman and he grabs the paperwork and the price listed is now 17,990ish! Now I get pissed and ask why is the price not the advertised 10,935 and they have the audacity to say “well that’s the internet price and all the additional fees are clearly disclosed (in the fine print mind you, but they argue it’s the same font…NOT AS THE PRICE THOUGH!). Now the manager comes over and says that even though the additional fees were disclosed they would honor the internet price but I would have to finance the entire amount since 10k is the minimum amount allowed to be financed by NYS Law? I had enough and walked away and collected my contact card and all my personal information. I will never again do business with South Shore Nissan, Amityville and warn anyone else who may shop there to be very wary of the deceptive sales tactics utilized by this dealer More

Lied to me about the $2000 voucher that I can use as a down payment. Instead I needed 1500 and I can buy only Nissan cars the Sentra and rogue . Most parts of the body need to be replaced. Anybody in the car field (mechanic, salesman, etc) would have seen this immediately and advised not to buy this car, especially for a 20 year old girl. So disappointed in my experience. I left a glowing review last month but was shocked to receive a bill from Nissan for $4,700! I traded in my lease from South Shore Nissan and despite having all the paperwork from my original lease, the numbers discussed did not match what was reported to Nissan Finance. Ivan said the deal was going to cover all mileage and last two months of initial lease payment and that did not happen. After initially posting on Google, Kiara left her info and then never got back to us. Dishonesty across the board. As we’ve updated our experience in Google reviews, the dealership’s responses were unequivocally false; claiming they had called us, they we hadn’t reached out, that they were working closely with the finance department. There are no honest employees at this dealership. More
