I have been coming here for years. I'm happy to see it's under new ownership as the previous owners of the dealership had really let the quality of service and salespeople go downhill. Though I lost my life of lease oil changes due to the previous management's lies and deception of a female client, it's all good because I now trust this dealership. More

Customer service representative, Yesenia, has been my coordinator during my recent visits and who in addition to being friendly, she acts promptly and responsively to my inquiries in a straight-forward manner together with being clear and concise about the services to be rendered. The final costs are consistent with the estimates, if not less, and the work completion times are generally shorter than projected. The facility is clean and well-equipped, including the waiting area that I have found to be accommodating in ambiance, comfort and coziness, including the offering of Wifi and broadcast media to bide the time. Lastly, the facility’s offering of online services combined with text messages makes it a breeze for scheduling and receiving timely alerts, feedback, and updates before, during and after the visits, resulting in a keen sense of being in the communication loop in all aspects of the customer experience. I was promised a full tank of gas and I didn't even realize it until I was about halfway home... Got hit with the xx fees, cost supposed to go through like 100 point inspection... you would've thought realize it until I was about halfway home... Before I left I also set up an appointment to have a recall taken care of that weekend.. I called the day before and they had no idea what I was talking about, along a car was supposed to be scheduled before I left the dealership that day. Luckily I was able to make an appointment at another dealership not too far away... things just seemed a little incomplete for me More
