Purchased new altima on sunday april 22nd. Agreed on price with salesman with only extras taxes and licenses. At 7pm after dealership closed picked up car and was rushed through process as everyone want price with salesman with only extras taxes and licenses. Finances manager vincent never reviewed bill of sale with me and since purchase was done through finance no money needed to be paid. At home looking at documents noticed $795 administrative charge added. Tried calling for 1 week to speak with salesman, finance manager or general manager . GM will not take any calls. Finance mgr said he would call back and never did. Cannot even complain to them as they do not have a customer relations person or dept. .I relied on the salesman in good faith and feel i was cheated. More
Went to buy a new Quest for my business. I was told for the price there would be a roof rack. They said Quest was in Bayshore & would be there shortly. They also told me my 2004 Quest trade in was in 2 accidents I was unaware of & could only give me $3,000 instead of the $8,000 it was worth. After being there all day & night I wasn't thinking straight & went through with the deal. The minute I got home I realized what a mistake I made. Called all day the next day begging them to give me my van back but no one would take my calls. Went there, called for months to at least give me the roof rack & they just kept putting me off & lying to me. It has been 11 months now & I still don't have a roof rack. I have been in & out of court but they have lawyers that are hard to go up against & they produced papers I never saw before. They are horrible, deceitful, liars that have no soul. All they care about is MONEY!!! I found so many hidden charges in my contract, they robbed me blind. Now they are saying legally I can't call or enter the property & they won't service the Quest. So much for the 3 year warranty. And I have called Nissan consumer affairs repeatedly & they are USELESS!!! DO NOT go Massapequa Nissan under any circumstance. More
They refunded my old warranty then applied money towards wrong warranty and then only gave me half the money back from wrong warranty. This is the fourth car I have leased with this dealership and Mike Sealy. He is an excellent sales person who knows his product inside out. He is kind and considerate and will "go the mile" for his custome and Mike Sealy. He is an excellent sales person who knows his product inside out. He does the best for you in financing and listens closely to what you want. I recommend him to everyone. More
After spending an entire day at garden city Nissan.. I was told a certain price and they tried to get me with all these fees. I flipped out and as I walked out they said thanks for wasting our time and good luck getting approved somewhere else.. Ok, I may not have the best credit but regardless I needed a car. I gave massapequa Nissan a try considering the reviews but I figure anything would be better than garden city Nissan. I sat with a young kid named Matt who was very sweet. I told him what happened and if I didn't need a car I wouldn't be there.. He did what he had to do and sat me with the finance manager kevin. kevin explained that because I didn't have great credit it was going to take a little while to get a response from the banks.... After a couple hours he got me approved at a higher price but at a monthly amount that was less that garden city. I love my new Altima and am soooo happy with my them... If you need a new car ask for Matt or Kevin!! More
The most horrible dealership and biggest liars. I bought my car here and they are suppose to give 3 full services free for the first year and they are now saying tire rotation is not included. Was lied to about the amount of money i would be given for my trade in, Then was lied to again about how much i was getting for my trade in. To lower my payments they made my 5 year loan a 6 year and incr for my trade in, Then was lied to again about how much i was getting for my trade in. To lower my payments they made my 5 year loan a 6 year and increased my interest rate. Then the next day the car started leaking, on top of the fact that the car was never cleaned. I have the old owners drivers license and a dirty spoon of theirs. When i went back to try and get my car back I was informed they were in a money making business, and i had to just deal with all my new problems. More
