First car Just walked into Masspequa Nissan to look at some cars for my son and had no intention of buying anytime soon much less today. We were greeted by Richard when we walked in and he showed us the Sentra and the Altima. My son fell in love with the Midnight Edition Altima. Rich showed us the value in the car and It wasn't to hard as he was crazy for the car. Just like that from just looking to driving away in his first new car. Amazing, thank you Rich. The happiness my son experienced today was priceless and now I don't have to do anymore car shopping. More

The worst dealership I have dealt with I have had the worst experience with this Amityville Nissan Dealership. The manager Paul and finance manager Larry were totally deceptive and the sal I have had the worst experience with this Amityville Nissan Dealership. The manager Paul and finance manager Larry were totally deceptive and the salesman Billy was willfully blind. I got stuck with an unconscionable interest rate, charged $1,300 for a warranty that I was told was included, and had to return 8 days after my purchase with the car as it already had a mechanical problem, which the manager tried to say it was a sensor. When trying to approach management about these issues they displayed a careless disregard for these issues and I was met with a highly abusive condescending attitude. When the manager Jean spoke to me about the interest rate he told me an analogy that if I bought a $40 steak did I expect to pay $20. I purchased a used Hyundai. Beware of this dealership I don't want anyone to have this terrible, costly experience like I have had. More

Larry is the best I was referred to Larry to help with me with my car loan. He got me out of the car and high interest loan and got me into a new Altima saved me money I was referred to Larry to help with me with my car loan. Terrible service and incompetent Representatives Brought truck in for oil change and lug and stem was cross threaded when rotating tires. also battery cap went missing. They claim no responsibility. Service manager, believe this, said caps pop off when battery gets older.!!!! I have never seen this happpen. !!! Any body else see it? However after viewing battery they were eager to sell me a new one !!! Unreal. Customer courtesy was nowhere to be found. By time I got oil change and repair to wheel and buying new battery , some where else, it cost me $400 . Remember I only went in for an oil change !!!! Will never return here again.!! More
