Lies, lies, lies. Fakery and lots of excuses, double-talk. We came in after 6-7 conversations and a firm agreement about 3000 off MSRP on a Versa SV special edition. Two sales people specifically agreed to this and one claimed it was approved by "a manager." When we arrived, the "manager" denied anyone agreed to any specific discount, claiming in the business no one makes any firm deal, and only states that they will match others. That was nonsense. They then claimed they didn't have the car we wanted and they were all "sold" the day before. didn't offer to order one, and immediately escalated to the next model with more nonsensical excuses for being unable to negotiate above-board. Finally, he tried to give me a lecture that what he was doing was not really baiting and switching. These guys are skillful but their bag of tricks and lies shine through clearly. They only one that can't see them is, of course, them. Lasha Bell was the main one involved. were all involved in this fiasco. In no way would I trust them for anything. More

I was told on August 5th that my front brakes were over 8mm by their service dept at inspection Stay far far away from Massapequa Nissan Service Dept! I was told on August 5th that my front brakes were over 8mm by their service dept at inspection. Monday when I went to Nissan 112 for an unrelated issue, I was told my brake pads were completely worn away! How do brake pads go from over 8mm to completely worn away in 2 months? Shame on you for putting my life and my family's life at risk. And to top it all off when I tweeted about the situation, instead of addressing me Massapequa Nissan blocked me! Very shady! More
