lets see the incompence of everyone is far to vast to put into words the fact that I can call a tire shop and be treated better than a dealer is crazy. After negotiating the price for vehicle, "financial representative" quietly added $749 + tax Administrative Fee to your invoice. He showed your on computer all extra fees (vehicle registration fee, tax representative" quietly added $749 + tax Administrative Fee to your invoice. He showed your on computer all extra fees (vehicle registration fee, taxes, etc.) except these one. You find this $800 charge at home when you review your purchase statement. When next day I returned to dealership and asked for explanation, Jim Castro and manager Doug could not explained the reason for those fees. But since customer (me) has signed the papers which they showed you in the rush at the time of purchase, they did not offer any apologies and solutions. BE AWARE of hidden ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AT THIS DEALERSHIP. It is not first car I have purchased. Only here there is such practice. Stay away from this dealership!!! More

Dealership opened at 9AM, I walked in the showroom at 9:01AM ready to PURCHASE a Nissan 370Z, was promptly "kicked" out of the showroom due to a "meeting" the salesmen were having. I assume the meeting was a "pre-work rally" or maybe where they discuss sales/numbers and if that was the case they should have those meetings BEHIND closed doors, not in the open show room. To make matters worse, the "gentleman" who "kicked" me out was rude! I guess they didn't need/want my cash at this dealership. More

It was time to trade in my Jeep (which I loved) for a fuel efficient car for the future. I had done quite a bit of research online and thought I knew what I wanted, a Versa SL. Once I explained my needs to the sales rep Lisa she suggested we take a test drive but also suggested that I consider the Sentra because I would get more car for not much additional cost. After test driving both cars they were both nice but Lisa was 100% right the Sentra was a better car for me. From there the process was fairly pain free, there was a little back and forth on the price but nothing outrageous. All and all I was out of there in with a new car in about 3 and a half hours and I'm very happy with my new car. More
