Too many other Nissan Dealers for them to be this Arrogant. In early November My wife and I walked into a few Nissan dealerships around our area. We ended up at Massapequa Nissan (which is NOT in Massapequa AT ALL). We dealt with a nice salesperson named Mike who did everything we asked of him. Got us the price we wanted with the Sign and Drive configuration. Keep in mind he has been selling cars for over 9 years for Nissan. He was quite aware that we wanted to take the car for the first payment and DMV fees. We left them a $250 deposit and they said the Car could be picked up on Saturday. We went that Saturday to pick up the car, and after 1 1/2 hours they brought us in to sign contracts, at which time they tried to take $2,700 from us We explained to them that this was not how the deal was structured the other night (we had approval from the Manager on duty that the deal was done. They now had my LEIN release from my car that they were buying back, and LUIS GONZALEZ told me that he was keeping all of my paperwork, then shredding it. My wife had to call and explain that they were COMPLETELY out of line and was able to get the Paperwork. They made zero attempt to remedy the situation. Just so you all know, when it was all over, LUIS GONZALEZ, the general manager and I use that term loosely, told me "WHEN THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THE PRICE THEY TOLD YOU, THINK OF ME!!" Well I thought of you and your obnoxious couldn't care less attitude. We Went to Legacy in Westbury and got a nicer equipped car for the same price per month,. The staff there was beyond helpful and a pleasure to deal with. More

Melissa was awesome to deal with, as I felt she genuinely had my interests at heart. She worked tirelessly for me to get the deal I wanted, and her efforts were much appreciated. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend Melissa if you're interested in buying a new Nissan and will definitely be recommending her services to any family and friends looking for a new car. More

Above and beyond I purchased 3 Rogues in July 2014 and brought 2 of them in for oil changes. One of the mechanics noticed the tread on one of the vehicle's tires were I purchased 3 Rogues in July 2014 and brought 2 of them in for oil changes. One of the mechanics noticed the tread on one of the vehicle's tires were worn. The sales manager recommended I get 4 new tires (free of charge). It is great to get something free, of course, but everyone I dealt with on my visit was professional and courteous, and I would recommend that dealership to all of my friends. Service advisor Jonathan Garcia was terrific as well. Very professional, very customer oriented. More
Do not buy a car from here They charged me $27,213.06 for a Nissan Sentra. The window sticker price was $17,304.09. I put down $5.800. They said they would pay my first 5 payments and then I would have to pay $275 a month. When time came for me to make my first payment it was $646 a month, more than double that I was told. If you don't want this to happen to you, don't buy a car from Massapequa Nissan. If you do decide to buy a car from here make very sure you do not buy one from Steven Cangilosi. I now have to pay for a lawyer and am suing them for $10,000. More
SHOCKED, DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE FILING A REPORT Upon purchasing my car at this location , part of the deal offered to me at time of purchase was a remote start for my vehicle, Nissan Rogue 2014. Thi Upon purchasing my car at this location , part of the deal offered to me at time of purchase was a remote start for my vehicle, Nissan Rogue 2014. This deal was done in the presence of Laura Nathan and Kevin Maciel whom the final deal was made with. I was put in contact with Shazim, the person who would be installing this remote start for me. When he called to arrange visit with me to install it, he informed me that I would be losing one of the two keys given to me and that I may want to look into getting an extra key for emergency. So I proceeded to call the dealership and even visited to see if an extra key can be given because I needed this done before winter. I visited this location and was put in contact with manager " Mel Mamoud who really could not help me at the time because the paperwork was in the office according to him and the office was closed . ( made no sense to me as everything should be in the computer). I proceeded to call him in the following days and not only was he rude but he told me that there was no remote start in my paper work . I said to him , how is this possible, ask Laura, she was sitting right there making the deal. She even mentioned to me in earlier visit that she would do all she can to ensure that I got the extra key. I asked Mel to speak with someone else that could help me and he said "He was it". There was no one else that can assist me and that Kevin no longer works there. I've been calling for Kevin for three weeks now and and no one has told me that he no longer worked there, they just kept sending me to Laura's and his voice mail. No one is returning my calls. I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received from this dealership and to think my husband was actually thinking of purchasing another vehicle from them. No way after this experience . How do you destroy a customer relationship over a remote start, ask Massapequa Nissan. Very dishonest and dishonorable of them to do that. More
