By the time he left he put out 8k for a new Murano and our payment was more than quoted when we received our 1st payment. This is a lease. No one to blame by ourselves. I would have walked out but my husband didn't want me to make a scene But if this is how they make their money by screwing customers or perhaps only those that do not fight for a deal. I did ask our salesman why the down payment was so high he and he said to keep down out payment. Well our payment is over $100 more than our last vehicle. This transaction was ridiculous. Service Brought my 2013 Nissan rouge here today to have my blue tooth looked at. They destroyed my car in the back didn't bolt anything back I have wires hanging out of the side panel. I opened the trunk had a metal box almost fall out. All of my belongings looks like it was literally throw back in. I will never refer anyone to come to this dealership. I had no damage what so ever to the plastics in my trunk and now I have scratches. I will be pursing news 12 and lawyers and a Insurnace claim. This is un expectable to the max. This place has just ruined my experience of professionalism. I am a very organized person and never will my car look or have my car look like this. It literally looks like it was in a bad accident or someone tried to rob my car for its wires or w.e they were trying to work on in the back considering the radio and blue tooth is up front. I would highly suggest going to another service center. They literally threw my things in to shut the door and say next if you want to be treated this way by all means go here. Not sure about others but I pay money for my car and it should not be treated like this. I have contacted corporate and the news regarding this situation and will be there tomorrow morning to discuss. I have taken my cars to whole in the wall auto repair shops and I have never gotten my car back like this. I hope they have very good Insurnace regarding garage keepers to replace all the damage they may have caused to a 2013 I just bought. It was a leased vehicle and they some how was able to by pass a radio that was put in with non compatibility to the blue tooth in the original make. I will be seeking legal advice on this. I have damage to a vehicle that I had you look at. I would not recommend this dealership and now considering Nissan in general. Look closely at the picture you'll see a metal box and nothing screwed back into place. Please advice and think before doing business here More

I knew I wanted another Maxima, but my wife was looking at other manufacturers. We both ended up with Nissans because once we started working with Joe, why would we want to work with anyone else ever again? To say that he treated me and my family with respect and gave us great deals would be the understatement of the year. It was a pleasure to work with Joe and I can't wait to do it again in 3 years! cant do business i been a nissan customer for years. massapequa is right near to my home but every time i try to lease from them , they are several dollars more then o i been a nissan customer for years. massapequa is right near to my home but every time i try to lease from them , they are several dollars more then other dealerships. a new turn ahead they turn a twist when i tried to lease my altama with them. price was ok but they threw in this government rebate tax of 650 dollars fee. i told them to take a hike. i got my new nissan 2016 from another dealer whom i leased before. i know now never to trust or walk in the doors from massapequa nissan. Taken Advantage Of I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I brought my car in for a service because one of the check engine lights was on. I had made an appoint I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I brought my car in for a service because one of the check engine lights was on. I had made an appointment earlier in the day and came in at the scheduled time. I waited for 2 hours and they didn't even look at the car! It was then time for closing. I was told that they did not look at the car and therefore do not know what is wrong with it. I was given a loaner vehicle for the night and told that the fee would be reimbursed when I brought the car back. I was informed the next day of a long list of things the car "needed." I then took the car without them servicing it. The long list had nothing to do with the light that was on. They then charged me two fees for looking at the car and never reimbursed me for the rental. I ended up paying them $500 for a car they did nothing to. When I called the dealership back to refute the double charge, the manager refused to reimburse me for the second charge. He yelled at me. They took advantage of a young girl. It was an absolutely horrible experience and I will never go there again. More

I went to Massapequa Nissan to do the leg work for my mother who had been involved in an accident and was having trouble getting around. I test drove a 2015 Nissan Altima on a Thursday night and put a 500 dollar deposit down to hold the car. I had the salesman Al write up all the paperwork so I could take my mother to the bank and get a bank check to pay the balance on Saturday. The price on the car was 14,958. I asked if there were any additional fees and was told no. When I received the paperwork the price of the car was 15,653. When I brought this to Als attention he asked me if I heard the manager say don't forget about the 695 as we passed him? Apparently there's a 695 "fee" on every car. Although quite unhappy with the first of many lies the price of the car was still good and I wanted to save my mom the hassle of dealing with salesmen after her accident. I returned with my mother on Saturday after we went to the bank and get the certified check in the exact amount of the balance of the car. As we are waiting forever to pay cash I go out to have soon to be new car and see a huge deep scratch down the drives door. When I brought this to Als attention he gathered the team that details the car asking them how this happened and why the car was left where it was. Of course nobody owner up to the scratch. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he said how do I know they wasn't there when you test drove it? He basically called me a liar. I let him know I walked around the car Thursday night with his salesman and pointed out flaws in the car and that wasn't one of them. He told me he would not fix it that we could take it or leave it. He said the car is a great deal and he's losing money on it already and would not fix anything. I explained to him that it took a lot to get my mom there, she still needs a walker because of the accident and she had already been waiting two hours for the finance department even though she was paying cash. He would hear any of it. So after 3 hours of waiting and aggravation it was time to pay. Of course this bill of sale was more than the one I recieved two days before. After refusing to pay another dollar more for whatever other fees they were trying throw in there we finally left the dealership with the car. Unfortunately when I looked at the bill further my mother was charged 37.00 for a quarter of a tank of gas, a 62.25 registration fee that they claimed to waive and 12.75 just because they can't add numbers properly I guess. Again my fault for not pulling out a calculator right there. My advice is stay away because they don't care about customers. The entire process was shady. If was was the type to get angry or call people names I'd have quite a few words especially for the sales manager Chris More
