Nissan loyalty I was in for service and decided to go the new car showroom. Richard greeted us. He showed us the new Altima and all the new safety features. I loved I was in for service and decided to go the new car showroom. Richard greeted us. He showed us the new Altima and all the new safety features. I loved the forward emergencey braking feature as I have a new driver my son. I got all the bells and whistles and I got out of my lease early upgraded and my payment didn't go up that much. I am very happy with my experience. Richard took his time after we signed and showed us how to use the remote start, the navigation, blind spot warning and setup our phones with the bluetooth. Thank you Rich and Massapequa Nissan for my new upgraded Altima. More
Lack of communication On Saturday 6/11, I used my car to travel from my house to my son's house at exit 58 on the LIE. A total of 45 min. During this trip the radio would not go on at all. My wife made an 7appointment for Monday 6/13 to have it checked out. On my return trip the radio started working. I called the service dept. To get some guidance on what to do, left a messages on Fred's machine, he never returned my call. On Monday around 7:30 made another call the put me to a voice machine and I left a message. It is now 8:45 and still no call back. Lousy customer service. More
