Lied about dangerously worn brakes Stay far far away from Massapequa Nissan Service Dept! I was told on August 5th that my front brakes were over 8mm by their service dept at inspection Stay far far away from Massapequa Nissan Service Dept! I was told on August 5th that my front brakes were over 8mm by their service dept at inspection. Monday when I went to Nissan 112 for an unrelated issue, I was told my brake pads were completely worn away! How do brake pads go from over 8mm to completely worn away in 2 months? Shame on you for putting my life and my family's life at risk. And to top it all off when I tweeted about the situation, instead of addressing me Massapequa Nissan blocked me! Very shady! More

I was nervous that a salesman was going to take advantage of my lack of experience in purchasing a car but he treated me like I was someone who he really wanted to take care of, not just make a sale to. He knew I had a budget and didn’t try to talk me into any upgrades or show me any cars that would exceed my limit. When a (possible) issue came up, Billy brought Jean over to us who was able to elaborate on the issue, went over all of our options, and helped me come up with the best possible solution. Billy even called me the next day to see how I was enjoying my new Rogue and congratulate me again. 10/10 would highly recommend! More
