He was extremely knowledgeable of the different vehicles and courteous to my mother and I. Billy was always honest and straight forward. Working with Billy is what kept me from going to any other dealership! I was never put into a high pressure situation and everything was explained to me thoroughly by all staff. Second Car! My mom was driving an old Toyota and it died. I know this because I walked in a month ago to buy myself a car, and I was so happy with everything. Nicky G, the manager gave me his cellphone number last month when I was buying my car and said If I need anything at all.. call him. I called him yesterday, told him the situation and he said come in, I can help you find the best deal. Jesse and Nicky G helped me last month with my car, so we went back to them this time. Jesse showed us cars, worked with our budget and was so honest. Nicky G, worked out the numbers and made she we were getting a great deal. The service here is phenomenal and I recommend this dealership to everyone. More
Horrible customer service This place has had my car for almost 12 hours on 2 separate days and my window still has not been fixed! The first time I brought it in, they couldn’t This place has had my car for almost 12 hours on 2 separate days and my window still has not been fixed! The first time I brought it in, they couldn’t tell me whether the problem was under warranty for hours, the tech couldn’t figure out if the part needed to be repaired or replaced and they never called me to update me about anything. Finally after 6 hours, they told me they needed to order the part and would call me when it was in. No one called me for almost 3 weeks. I had to call them to see if the part came in. Then on my next appointment, I brought my car in at 10am. When I didn’t hear from them at all during the day I called at 3:15 and was informed that they needed to order another part so the car still couldn’t be fixed! So now I need to set up another appointment and be inconvenienced for a third day!! This is completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! More
Outstanding Service From the second I walked into South Shore Kia, I knew it was going to be a great experience. I was welcomed by Jesse (car salesmen) with a smile. I said I got myself into a mess, went to a terrible car dealership and needed help getting out. Jesse sat me down, listened, and took notes. He showed me and let me drive test drive 3 different cars to see which one I liked the best. He answered questions, was so polite, and was not pushy at all. Jesse went to his manager, Nicky G, and asked what he thought the best option was. Nicky came to talk to me personally, apologized for my bad experience, and he assured me this one would be better, and he followed through. I told Nicky what I was willing to spend and if he couldn't do it, he told me flat out. He was not one of those salesman who was trying to Nickel and Dime me. He was honest. He went above and beyond, and found every rebate to try to help me get into the car that I loved. The car was definitely out of my price range, but he made it happen. He wasn't trying to rip me off, he was trying to make me happy. This service is outstanding. Once Nicky and Jesse were able to get me to where I needed to be, it was so easy. Mike, the finance manager sat me down and explained everything to me, answered all my questions and reassured me that if I have any problems, he will be there to help. Lastly, as I was leaving, I met David, the GM. Although I didn't have much interaction with him, I want to commend him on his staff. Everybody was so attentive, polite, and all the salespeople were always smiling. This is what a car dealership should be like. I would recommend this car dealership to everybody. As a female, car shopping alone, its very easy to get ripped off. That happened the first time around, but when a dealership is staffed with honest people, it won't happen to you. Horrible dealership I turned in my 2015 Optima to this dealership in July 2018 and leased a 2018 Optima the deal they made with me was they would payoff the remaining mon I turned in my 2015 Optima to this dealership in July 2018 and leased a 2018 Optima the deal they made with me was they would payoff the remaining monies due on the 2015 lease which was only $170.35, it is now August 28th and they have NOT paid it, so Kia Motors Finance is now coming after me. When I call the dealership they hang up on me, they don't answer my emails. DO NOT ENTER INTO A DEAL WITH THEM. I More

Personally and Professionally Satisfying Having recently bought a house that has altered my commute each way from 15 minutes to an hour, I decided to trade in my car for one with better fuel Having recently bought a house that has altered my commute each way from 15 minutes to an hour, I decided to trade in my car for one with better fuel economy. After some research I narrowed my selections to gas-electric hybrids, and decided that a Kia Niro best met my criteria for functionality and aesthetic, pending a test drive. I chose South Shore Kia in Copiague based on a combination of proximity and reviews. Salesman Stuart Seidenberg spent nearly three hours with me and was knowledgeable and good natured and uniformly patient and attentive without being aggressive. Andrew, the manager, and Mike, who handled financing, were also congenial and helpful in expediting the process. I feel confident that I have gotten a fair deal on a car that is right for me. I am appreciative of the entire experience as satisfying personally as it was professionally, and recommend South Shore Kia and Stuart. More
