Great Customer service So, we were searching for a new SUV for our small but growing family. One kia knocked it out the park with the Telluride and two Adam was helpful. Remote start issue with 2020 Telluride I needed to find out if i could get a regular key fob instead of only the phone app to remote start the vehicle. I find it very difficult to use the p I needed to find out if i could get a regular key fob instead of only the phone app to remote start the vehicle. I find it very difficult to use the phone app since i have only one arm. I was lucky to get introduced to the assistant service manager Keith B. This issue had never come up since the 2020 Telluride and the phone app were very new. There is more to this story than i can write here, but as far as i am concerned, Keith impressed me so much not only as to helping me resolve the problem, but the friendly and professional manner in which he did. I very seldom write a review for anything, but i was so happy the way it turned out that i had to write this an hopefully the higher up's at the dealership will let Keith know that there is a Telluride owner that was very happy with KIA. thankyou.
