Picked out our car , test drove it and knew this was the car. Stuart was so easy to work with and worked with us for the best price! Whole process was very easy. Dealership itself is clean and very appealing with comfortable seating area, and use of laptops to pass the time.Mike in Financing was also so easy to work with . Best car buying experience I've ever had! In addition when we asked for an additional key for the vehicle ( certified pre owned) , I received a phone ll 2 weeks later, telling us they were able to get the key! Awesome service! More
Stay away from this dealer Went for an oil change, was told I had a leaky axe boot and they had to order the part. After not hearing from South Shore I called to find out if my part was in and it was. I made the appointment and went at the time of the appointment. After over 3 long hours of waiting I was told by an advisor that they ordered the wrong part, they would call when it came in. Needless to say I never got a call and did go somewhere else where nothing wrong was found with the axle in question. The part that bothered me most was that no apology was ever given and they just did not seem to care at all about costumer service More
bought my kia from stu seidenberg very professional Stu was not the regular high pressure sales crap but a gentleman.His manager was very thoughtful also. Would recommend this dealership. Tried to take advantage The manager offered me a price more than double what I was quoted online, and the car he wanted to give me was a model year older than the one I saw. The manager offered me a price more than double what I was quoted online, and the car he wanted to give me was a model year older than the one I saw. People assume a woman in their 20s knows nothing about cars and then offer ridiculous prices to take advantage. I have never tolerated such disrespect and will not start now. I'll take my business elsewhere. More
Service - Poor customer service I was trying to get a replacement part for my 2011 Kia. I walked into the showroom on Sunday and was told that Service was in Monday to Saturday. Th I was trying to get a replacement part for my 2011 Kia. I walked into the showroom on Sunday and was told that Service was in Monday to Saturday. That's fine was also told they were open 7 am to 7 PM. When I arrived at about 5:30 today (Monday) I was told by the rude lady in the Service department that they closed at 5. In addition trying to call the service department is next to impossible as I tried a couple of weeks ago win response to a recall notice for my vehilce. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I feel the place was better run under Revolution Kia under whose name I purchased the vehicle to begin with,! More
