I just had to write a review about the service because I cannot stand a place with bad customer service Representatives. This place is far from that. While I cannot remember everyone I came in contact with but the two mentioned, everyone in the service department are very welcoming. I have no complaints about this service center. Oh and they say please and thank you. More

I've bought a number of cars in my lifetime, Used car dealers have a terrible reputation, but new car dealers are worse. They say that items hat are clearly defective and not merchantable under the law are part of the normal design and therefore are not covered by the warranty. They offer to arrange "competitive" financing and then charge nearly twice what the same bank will offer to someone walking in off the street. More

During Hurricane Sandy, we stayed at a friend's house in the Hamptons, since our home in East Meadow had no power for nearly two weeks. When the tire pressure monitor system light appeared on my dashboard the Hamptons, since our home in East Meadow had no power for nearly two weeks. When the tire pressure monitor system light appeared on my dashboard the day before the national election, I was told to bring it to a gas station and they would put air in the tires and everything would be fine. It turned out that, because of long lines for gasoline, no one would check my tires. I was worried that it could become a big problem, and I wanted to be sure to vote on Election Day, so I decided to call my salesman, Wally Capehart, at South Shore Hyundai, to ask him if he could recommend a dealer close to the Hamptons location. When I purchased my Sonata at the end of January this year, Wally had said to call any time. Of course, I had no phone book or computer to find a location, but Wally actually called Atlantic Hyundai for me, gave me directions, and told them to expect me the next day. When I arrived there on November 6th, they were expecting me, and a very lovely man fixed the problem in about ten minutes, no charge! The dashboard alert was cleared and I was on my way to cast my vote! Needless to say, I was totally grateful and delighted. Wally Capehart gave service above and beyond and I'm so thankful! More
