She took me for a test drive an explained the car to me. When I picked up my Tuscon, she went over all the items my new car has to offer. This is all new technology to me so she took her time in explaining and showing me how to use all of it. She has reached out to me several times to make sure everything was going well and if I needed anything. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking into purchasing a Hyundai. Also, Dino, the General Manager, was very helpful to me and I was able to purchase my new car. Working with the two of them was a pleasant experience in looking and buying my Tuscon. I have walked out of other dealerships because of their rudeness and pushiness. I will definitely recommend anyone to go see Dino and Felicia when looking for a Hyundai. Thank you both. While all my experiences with the staff over the past 6 years were always superb, this time I got the best service of all. I want to thank your Use-car Manager, Troy, for seeing me in the used-car lot and coming over to greet me. He then took me to meet Matt and Lulu from the "internet group" to say hello as I have known them for a while since they both kept in touch over the last few mths convincing me to come in to meet with them to see what they can do to help. Then I met the salesperson, Falysha, who greeted me with a serious but welcoming smile. Throughout my time with her, she maintained a professional, welcoming and friendly environment and gave me the price adjustments as promised during the entire process.. She made it possible for me to get this car because I did not leave home to purchase a car, similar to what happened with my last 2 Genesis purchases. If she did not do a superb job, I would not have purchased the car. Falysha, thanks for a good deal so my wife Janet and I could now be owners of our 3rd Genesis. More
Happy Hyundai Santa Fe Sport First timer! What brought us here.. my fiance knew someone and they said when your ready come and we will get you what you need and taken care of. We arrived and What brought us here.. my fiance knew someone and they said when your ready come and we will get you what you need and taken care of. We arrived and were greeted by Dean Rodriguez. Greeted with a firm handshake and a genuine smile. Right away to me that sets the tone. He already knew what i was interested in because i have done my research. I still had to months left on my Nissan Rogue which i had twice a great car but since my lease was ending i wanted to try something new. I really loved all the neat features the Santa Fe Sport offered. He also asked what I like to use the car for and said well I brought a measuring tape with me because i know i need to pick up a large piece of furniture the next day and i thought that they would think i am nuts but they even had one ready and said you are not he only person who does this so that made me feel good! But Dean got to know us also personally which made us not feel like a piece of meat in a sharks den when it came to investing the Hyundai. Dean went over all the options to make sure the package I wanted included what I needed. This happened on a Friday Night during rush hour so I had a feeling i wasnt going to take home the car that night and i was okay with that. The nice thing about splitting up the experience into two days is you get a lot of that tedious paperwork out of the way. I mean you really sign your life away. It is routine with any big investment. We were introduced to our financial guy who helped me sign all of those papers Shabaaz who had such a wonderful personality we could've chat for hours. He made you forget about all of the paperwork. The following day Dean said to come around 3 to pick up the car and sign the final papers. So before we left to come he calls me and asks to push it back about a half hour. Dean said id rather you come then so that way you are not waiting as much the car is getting cleaned. I said no problem. I am glad he said that and called ahead it was really appreciated. I came this time with my mom she helped herself to some coffee while the paperwork was getting finished. Poor Dean did some running around to check out my Nissan that they were taking and i was unaware that i had to bring the registration for that to them. He went and got clearance for me to email/text him it when i get home which i did! (this made going back and forth for a silly paper much easier!) They gave me trust hat I would do that made me feel like i was a previous leaser with them. That made me feel special. Not to mention the slice of cake that had for us the night before because it was someones birthday. Way to welcome us to the family. Looking forward to enjoying my new wheels! Will return here for my oil changes and any services i may need. Dean went above and beyond and never once did i doubt he would forget all the little things i asked wanted to needed! More

My new Santa Fe I was just looking for a car with my father. I know I wanted a lot of features for the budget my father and I had in mind. For some reasons I felt comfortable talking to Falysha, I trusted her and knew right then and there I was going to purchase my next car at South Shore Hyundai.
