This dealership deserves 10 stars !! I had my reservations about ever entering a car dealership again after three very unpleasant experiences some years ago. I have to confess that I was quite surprised when I entered South Shore Hyundai. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Mitch Zaitz. I was honest and upfront, told him of my concerns of being pressured and harassed as I was a few years ago. I was just there to browse and obtain some information on leasing versus financing. I never thought I would leave the dealership in a new car that very same day. He and the manager, Robert Betts, literally bent over backwards until the price was exactly what I could afford. I really did not believe leasing a new car could be so easy! The gentleman in finance, Kwesi Gyasi, was just as accommodating and exceptionally pleasant. All in all, it was a very good experience with no pressure and no complications. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, don’t hesitate to walk into South Shore Hyundai. More
