I was looking for an SUV that had all the features that my previous SUV had. I also test drove that model and was sold on it. She was able to find that vehicle for me prior to me leaving to go back south. There was a little hiccup in getting my license plate mailed to me here in Florida. However, she finally got it to me just before the in-transit tag expired. I would recommend this dealership. More

Outstanding Customer Service I live on the south shore and had been intending to check out this dealership for routine service to my Santa Fe -- but my car moved up the timetable! I live on the south shore and had been intending to check out this dealership for routine service to my Santa Fe -- but my car moved up the timetable! The check engine light went on and it was really bad timing. I called South Shore Hyundai on the chance I could get a quick appointment and I'm super lucky because I got connected to manager Lulu Hoppe. I dropped off my car that evening and it was ready the next day, under warranty. It took one more visit to straighten out the issues but Jamaine Butler in the service department was great keeping me informed, and Lulu went above and beyond in monitoring the situation and making the experience easy for me. It was truly A+ Customer Service and I feel confident I will encounter that again on future visits. Thank you, Lulu, I really appreciate your efforts in welcoming a new customer! More
