Building is under renovation and the service is being done at the Toyota dealership next door. There are currently no bathrooms on the premises and the Portasan is out of service with a sign to go to the done at the Toyota dealership next door. There are currently no bathrooms on the premises and the Portasan is out of service with a sign to go to the Toyota dealer to use the Bathroom. A simple antitheft software upgrade that takes 30 minutes will take minimum 2 hours at this dealership. The lack of attention to the customer is truly amazing. The service writers outnumber the mechanics at the dealership at this point while they restaff. Bring your car for service and for sure the sales force will be spot on to upsell to a new car faster than service can do a software upgrade. More
