Brought my car in for service for a similar issue twice in 5 month period. South Shore didn't look at my car for 4 days while stringing me along and passing the buck to other team members. Jean, showed us and allowed for us to test drive the car ( car fax says that car is worth 24,500 yet he decided that no negotiation was allowed and dismissed my trade opportunity), and as soon as we decided to buy that particular vehicle the salesperson, Jean, walked away for about 30 minutes with my credit card and came back to say "we have a problem, that car you want to buy is in pending sale status". How rude is that to the person in process to buy and to my party. 9/8/2024: since it all smelled funny to me, I called to see if they were practicing deceptive marketing and guess what?
