When I purchased my car I was given a clean AutoChek report. It turns out that ten months prior to my purchase the car was in an accident as per the AutoCheck report I ran myself. I have tried to contact the dealer multiple times regarding this and I have never received a response. I contacted AutoCheck and they confirmed that the accident should have been on the report given to me unless the dealer altered it. This is obviously inexcusable but not surprising for the Atlantic Auto Group. More

I made an appointment with Niki for 10am and she had me out the door with my new Palisade by mid afternoon. She was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and most of all efficient. She spent ample time with us in the vehicle explaining all of its features. The dealership showroom was the nicest one I have been in and I was in at least 10 the previous week. The waiting room had television, snacks, water, coffee, tea etc., which gives a very welcoming feeling. Everything was clean including the bathrooms. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to shop here for their vehicles. More

Other than my salesperson, Niki Mastrandicos, I can't say ONE good word about this dealership. I bought a 2020 Palisade last year. My payment history was so perfect with these people that I was paid ask the ONE good word about this dealership. I bought a 2020 Palisade last year. My payment history was so perfect with these people that I was paid ask the way up to August 2021. My reward for this? I wanted to trade in my 2020(in near perfect condition and only 8,000 miles) and put down 6k for a 2021 Calligraphy. Not only did they demand ANOTHER 4k,but my payment went up over 200 bucks. On top of that, I was told I'd be in and out of there and I was there for, at least, 6 hours. They took advantage of me (my fault) because they knew how badly I wanted that model. Well, here's what's going to happen now. Once I get the final paperwork from them, I'm paying the ENTIRE loan off at one shot, just to screw them out of the SEVEN PERCENT INTEREST they hit me with. Once again, Niki was great. Everyone and everything else can go rotate. I'll never recommend this thief joint to ANYONE. More
