I canceled m BUYER BEWARE!!!! Had a terrible experience at dealership with Rinku. She is unprofessional, rude and needs TRAINING in customer service. I canceled my transaction because of her attitude and DISRESPECTFULNESS. A few things that concerned me about this whole transaction -she handed me the keys to the Kona to test drive. I had no idea how to even open the door as it's been 12 years since I purchased a car. Didn't explain anything in the car. I let that go. -she talked so fast that I wasn't quite sure what she was saying. When I asked her to go over it again, she would get annoyed and comment "I told you before" -when I left a deposit on my credit card and I questioned the extra fee, she said it's company policy and said "don't you see it right there" and showed me a fee schedule on her desk that was so small who would notice it. (You should have mentioned the fee first and not later.) -when I went to pick up the car I noted physical and cosmetic issues that needed repair especially the cracked rear headlight and broken rear windshield wiper. Rinku disregarded all issues that were brought to her attention even denying seeing with her eyes the obvious damage that my son and I saw. Her attitude was " do you want the car or not, you can cancel" So we went to the manager. By this time I was done! SO I CANCELED!! WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS Read and learn RINKU, because you are a HORRIBLE sales person!!!!! More
Dealing with this Service Dept. was the WORST experience I ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY. The service crew does not return phone calls, texts, e-mails. I purchased a used vehicle and two weeks later had to leave it to have the transmission replaced. I was without my vehicle for 2 months! I did receive a loaner but the service “manager” was useless. I stopped in to check on my vehicle and no one could help. I called and was told the service manager was not in I was told my service “advisor” was not in. Never received a phone call back from anyone! I had to locate my vehicle myself and follow up on the repairs. There are many car dealers around. Do yourself a BIG favor and go somewhere else. More

My sales agent Jonathan Ulloa was knowledgeable , patient and pleasant person to deal with. He walked me through the process step by stepand he kept me updated along the way. Dealer sold me a car that wasn't available. Set up a swap based on agreed zero markup. Never received paperwork on deposit. When vehicle arrived it was the wrong color, then another swap finally arrived a based on agreed zero markup. Never received paperwork on deposit. They are deceitful and greedy. Avoid this Atlantic Hyundai affiliate, South Shore Hyundai. More

It has been a harrowing experience for me buying from this dealership. My life has turned upside down the day I drove 2.5 hours one way to South Shore Hyundai just because I found the car $500 cheaper th this dealership. My life has turned upside down the day I drove 2.5 hours one way to South Shore Hyundai just because I found the car $500 cheaper than elsewhere. It has been extremely difficult to say the least. It took me 4 months to get the title of the vehicle I bought cash. All the people I talked to were unresponsive and lacked thoughtfulness. My multiple follow up trips to the dealership were nothing but wasted effort. I had to threaten them with lawsuit before they finally chose to act. I have been scratching my head about those 5 stars reviews, but as for me it has been an affliction. More
