South Shore Hyundai is definitely a dealership i would recommend for more than one reasons. First and foremost, i was given exceptional service from a sales specialist by the name of Kwesi Gyasi. This was my first time buying a vehicle and i couldn't have asked for a better representative to help me. He was the type of person where you could tell how genuine he was with his responses to your questions and that he was not just trying to score a "deal". He was a great listener and quick thinker. I entered that dealership with a barrage of questions and left with them all answered. Furthermore, he has not hesitated to answer my calls regarding new questions i had about my brand new FULLY LOADED 2013 Sonata limited (panoramic sunroof, navigation,backup camera,Bluetooth,Shifttronic, Xm/HD radio...etc) . This car purchase was made one week ago in the height of this dealership being relocated to their current address. Yes, i was there with the moving trucks, computers being set up, vending machines being loaded and show room being set up. Nonetheless, there was still a sense of friendliness and a "business is business" atmosphere.The representatives were all very jovial and from my observation, each and every customer coming in was greeted with a warm welcome. As mentioned before, i left that day being the owner of a brand new car. I am beyond grateful to Kwesi for his expertise, work ethics and professionalism. Not once did i feel as though i was being pushed to the side or that i would not be able to buy a vehicle within my budget. Overall, i am extremely pleased with this purchase and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone expressing their desire to purchase a new vehicle. In fact, i have also bragged about them to my boos who is contemplating trading her BMW for an Azera or Genesis..big step but great change. The best feeling is walking into a building where people recognize you one week later, give you the same service and have you leave feeling as pleased as the first day. I've bought a number of cars in my lifetime, Used car dealers have a terrible reputation, but new car dealers are worse. They say that items hat are clearly defective and not merchantable under the law are part of the normal design and therefore are not covered by the warranty. They offer to arrange "competitive" financing and then charge nearly twice what the same bank will offer to someone walking in off the street. More
