Started out great We walked into the dealership and we were greeted by Darryl. He started out great not pushy or anything else. As we got involved in the price he start We walked into the dealership and we were greeted by Darryl. He started out great not pushy or anything else. As we got involved in the price he started to get firm and not changing his mind. Extremely pushy as we tried to leave. We finally left and decided that this dealership was not for us because of his attitude. He did call me up two hours later and stated he was able to reduce the price and asked if I would go up 20 dollars. I explained that I would not budge . The other two reviews gave him and excellent rating there is no way I can do that. Looks like they lost a deal for 20 dollars a month. Good luck if you go there More

I came into the dealership looking for a car similar to one I had found online the previous night. I showed the picture to Troy Smith and he was so helpful with my selection. He was very professional, courteous and funny. I enjoyed the test drive and he gave me a lot more information about the Accent than the Carfax did- which was pretty awesome! When you go there, Darryl Jackson is definitely the person to see! He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the different car models, and super attentive. He listened to my needs and wants and was able to pick out the perfect Hyundai model for me. They were able to work with me on pricing and I got a great deal on a Sonata SE. Both Darryl and the General Manger Shermica went above and beyond my expectations when it came to filling out and sending over the paperwork for my car financing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and helping out in every way possible. I visited multiple Hyundai dealerships prior to visiting South Shore. I met different car salesmen who were super aggressive and pushy, trying to lie and cheat me! I can honestly say that I felt like Darryl and the rest of the staff at South Shore were looking out for my best interest. The customer service there is unlike anything I have EVER experienced. First of all I was greeted by 3 employees Nicole Dealiie at the front desk, Darryl Jackson, and Angie Ortiz. I had an invitation letter which I received by mail with me which I showed to Darryl. His very demeanor was very welcoming and he was asking questions regarding my preferences. He showed me the vehicles available on the main lot. Then we chose one car to test drive in which he drove me to second site with more cars to choose from. I was discussing a price range as well as the size of the cars I would consider. Throughout the whole process I felt Darryl was concerned with finding me the right car. I was also surprised after I did not qualify for the offer in the invitation I was accomodated by Darryl and his manager Shermica Malcolmand Anthony the loan officer. The expericence exceeded my expectations. I will recommend to people I know. More
