The ad we ran clearly stated the vehicle was a manual transmission. It wasn't in the fine print it was right at the top of the page. You wanted an automatic transmission vehicle which was priced higher and you were free to choose either. I fail to see how it's a bait and switch if you misinterpreted the ad. We DID have the car advertised in stock. What we DIDN'T have was an automatic for the sale price of the manual. I'm sorry if this upset you.

There are usually a lot of things going on behind the scenes during a vehicle purchase that the customer is not always aware of and this can make your wait time seem like FOREVER especially when you are excited and want to get driving already lol. Negotiation and test drive, vehicle features explanations, DMV paperwork and registration, banking negotiations, billing and contracts, prep work, state inspection, data entry and registering your purchase into our database, delivery to you of the vehicle and much more.
