Terrible service department. They had my car to fix. Every day they told me the car is in the shop and we call you, and never called. There's better deals out there! Pretty clearly unethical business practices - listing cars 20% below required sales prices as a COVID/economic fee. Getting people in the door and using this fee as fake negotiating power, then hardline negotiating until someone caves to their inner urge to keep car buying convenient. They're taking the most annoying part of car salesmen (poor negotiations) and amplifying it to the nth degree and taking advantage of many people's unfounded fears of the COVID pandemic that's no longer present (recession imminent). No wonder Carmax, Carvana, etc. are so clearly the better option these days. The fee the sales person I worked with took a week of constant, multi-day attempts at communication to send final numbers...likely just to increase the amount of time invested in the deal. I really hope there aren't enough suckers out there to cave and wait for a better deal! More
