First of all we paid CASH for the car yet the dealership still felt the need to run credit checks and background checks unnecessarily WHY??????. This caused delays that were supposed to be avoided bt paying CASH. The car wAs not properly cleaned. It obviously was owned by a smoker and the smell is offensive. Two weeks after buying the car the driver door wouldn't open We were climbing over seats to get in and out of car. We brought it to Honda because we DO NOT trust this dealership. $478 to fix the door. I'm certain this review will NOT be posted since the only ones posted are the favorable reviews. YELP is next. Worst car buying experience ever We have bought vehicles at many dealerships including Land Rover, Infiniti, BMW, Acura, and Nissan. This was by far the worst experience that we have We have bought vehicles at many dealerships including Land Rover, Infiniti, BMW, Acura, and Nissan. This was by far the worst experience that we have ever had at a car dealership. From day one the dealership was unorganized, made comments that they never followed through with and spoke to us in an unprofessional manner. The sales staff knew very little about the pre-owned vehicle that we were looking to purchase. Be careful when accepting an offer from them as they will essentially re-package and present the same deal in a different way to convince the customer that they've made an adjustment. They had multiple people talk to us for no reason and it seemed as though they were just tired of dealing with us despite us telling them exactly what we were looking for. If there was no room for negotiations the honesty of that statement would have gone a long way and saved us 4 hours of our day. If we had been looking for a new car versus a used car we would have left the dealership the moment we had our first gut feeling that this was going to be an issue. The customer service at this dealership was terrible (with the exception of the finance manager, Joe). Do not trust this dealership one bit. More
