I walked into South Shore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram just looking to test drive a Jeep. My Lexus lease was up and the prices are out of control so I was looking for something different. I was introduced to Andy the Sales Consultant and he was happy to show me the Jeep and take me for a test drive. The Jeep was nice but not exactly what I wanted. We talked about what I was looking for in a car - he was patient and listened to what I wanted. We went on a few more test drives - different types of Jeeps (I thought I wanted one) but still wasn’t comfortable in the Jeep. Andy was so patient - he wasn’t pushy or making me feel like I had to stay - but before I was ready to leave asked me if I was sure I wanted Jeep because he had a car he thought I might like. Andy took me for a test drive in a Dodge Durango and I was hooked. This was exactly what I was looking for. I sat with Andy and Ben the Sales Manager during the price negotiation and was again pleasantly surprised at how well Andy listened to what my husband and I were looking to spend and easily came to a deal that worked for us. Andy and Ben made the experience relaxing and I walked away with exactly what I wanted - in a car and in a lease deal. More
