I'm from Pennsylvania, where for the most part people are pretty friendly, everyon I drove 3 hours-6 ROUNDTRIP to purchase my 2015 Subaru WRX Limited! I'm from Pennsylvania, where for the most part people are pretty friendly, everyone thinks New York/Jersey area can be difficult to deal with. Well, maybe the traffic, but Ben and Tom made this extremely worthwhile. Besides wanting THIS particular car, these two gentlemen treated me with the UTMOST respect. You know how it can be sometimes, when people don't take you seriously and sometimes won't let you even test drive the car. That actually happened to me 2 weeks prior-was looking at a 2011 WRX but the dealer was being incredibly disrespectful. Ben greeted me when I arrived, explained he was just wrapping up but would be right with me, offered me COFFEE (which was actually amazing), we test drove, he introduced me to Tom, we talked numbers...and a week later I came back with a check for them! They'll also work with you on the financing which is a plus. I'm BIG on respect...it's HUGE for me. I always try and give it to everyone, CEO or last on the totem pole, doesn't matter.
