Extremely Pleasant Experience! I am one that rarely looks forward to dealing with car dealerships when negotiating for new leases. That being said, I felt extremely comfortable deal I am one that rarely looks forward to dealing with car dealerships when negotiating for new leases. That being said, I felt extremely comfortable dealing with the sales team at South Shore Chrysler from start all the way through finish. The sales team that I worked with (Freddy, Dave, and Tony) were honest, upfront and courteous throughout the entire process. Javier, the finance manager, took the time to explain all aspects of the lease before I signed any paperwork, and was extremely patient throughout the process. Not only would I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new (or used) vehicle, but I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this dealership for my future vehicles. Thieves They are no different than any dealership. Intake is quick work is done quickly rates are clearly told to you. However I don't know if this is common practice at other dealerships or just here but after bringing my car in for service I discovered that they removed my license plate frames which I wanted on their advertising for the dealership where I purchased my car and replace them with their own license plate frames! I don't understand where they get the nerve from to think that they have the right to remove my property and replace it with theirs! More
