Outstanding customer service, NO BS, Best Price in NY!! I was looking to lease a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4 with only the technology package. Not a single dealer on Long Island or in NYC would return my I was looking to lease a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4 with only the technology package. Not a single dealer on Long Island or in NYC would return my calls or give me any respect, despite my eagerness to purchase the car relatively soon. Tony was the only one who took me seriously but unfortunately did not have the Jeep with the correct package in stock. A car broker found one for me in NJ at the price point that I was comfortable with but then Tony and Fabrizio called me and gave me a car with BETTER features for a CHEAPER PRICE!! They even paid for my Uber to the dealership (45min ride)! Javier was our finance guy and he patiently went through every single line of the lease and made sure I understood what I was signing. 10/10 would recommend this dealership! More

Drove 40 miles to get lease deal starting with a 7 - and it was for a car the manager was driving every day with 400+ miles on it. It was a total bait and switch. Felt completely manipulated. I've leased 9 new cars since 1999 (20 years) from a variety of dealerships and have worked with 5 times as many shopping for cars, and I've never experienced such a complete lack of respect and poor customer service. I would never recommend this dealership. More

I put a deposit on one with another dealership but South Shore had the color I wanted but was a bit more I was in the market for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I was completely honest with him with the offer I had received and if they could get me in the one I wanted. within 30 minutes I had seen the car, and put a deposit on the car since we agreed on my offer. Curtis was very professional, has a great personality and Very easy to talk to. My finance manager was June who was very quick and made the process very easy and explained all the details. We were in there for no more than an hour. More
