Terrible If I could give a 0 start rating I would. I made a deal with them to get into a new lease and for them to pay off 3 remaining payments of my previous If I could give a 0 start rating I would. I made a deal with them to get into a new lease and for them to pay off 3 remaining payments of my previous lease. Supposedly they sent out the check and the leasing company never received it. I’ve been back and forth with Tony and June for the last week and nothing has been resolved. I have asked them to put a stop payment on pervious check sent and send a new check out and they refuse to do it. To top it off they have been nothing but rude and nonsympothetic with the whole situation. I was actually told by Tony who I believe to be a finance manager and I quote, “this is your problem, these people are calling you” yeah sure you may get a car, but come here if you want terrible customer service and your credit score to tank. Side note: they only gave me 1 key for my vehicle and I was told the spare was in the mail. Still waiting on that a month later. In short, go somewhere else. More
