The land would be better served as a parking lot. Absolute worst sales and customer service experience of my life. They pride themselves on the three TTT's which is a complete contradiction. We bought a 17 Pacifica- The 20- years old sales person knew NOTHING about the vehicle! They failed to Pay off my trade in time (causing collections to contact me). Through which they LIED and told me check was sent and upon push and asking for proof I saw that the check was not Fedex'd until 16 days AFTER they claimed to have sent the check! My car STILL is not registered 45 days after the car. The staff didn't inform me that we had to get a VIN verification until I called to inquire about my registration 3 weeks after purchasing the car! The Vin verification was sent to THREE people and THREE times asking for confirmation and updates and I received no e-mail or call back! I had been calling trying to get a professional every day but doesn't seem to be ONE professional employed at the dealership. The receptionists Chrissy and Tiffany were rude, unhelpful and dismissive- only skill they have is to pickup a phone and forward to Voicemail. June Torres- Finance manager - unreliable- didn't mention the Vin Verification, no response to e-mails and voicemails. The DMV clerk- same situation no follow ups, Lies stating that she "thought" she told me which was communicated via the receptionist while I was on hold for 18 mins. I even went as far as to leave a VM for the manager and nothing back. To this day Im trying to find out about registration and am livid. They are Slimey DO NOT adhere to the three TTT's they claim. I have never experienced such disregard and dishonestly from people and they fit the bill for typical tactical car salesman with no care for customer service. Do not trust the positive reviews which are most likely fabricated. I have the call logs, e-mails and correspondence which I can forward to anyone who is considering this place- I would advise not even to think about them as you'll deal w/ incompetency from people no integrity or value system. Whats worse is lack of management. While we were there they were overstaffed with "fast and furious" sales people who goofed around and did nothing but show each other videos on the phone and text. Just pathetic how this business is run and handles customers. BTW- this is my first review of any business ever so you can imagine how terrible this place is. This is coming from a professional not a competitor or any BS they will respond to. Ben (manager) called today and I explained it all to him so they can't even refute b/c they confirmed their lack of professionalism. 9/6/18- As a follow up Ben- called this morning @ 9am after reading this review- asking to either remove this review, write another 5 star review or state they resolved everything- trying to coerce a good review. You can imagine how many "truthful" reviews are out there with this tactic. Thanks Ben for doing whats expected - it was not anything above and beyond what was expected. It was damage control and fixing the idiocy thats housed there. More

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and a salesman was notified of our arrival. Lou walked up cheerily, and immediately asked all of the right questions to target what we were looking for. He worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible.
