Worst Dealer Ever Absolute worst dealership ever. I was doing a lease return on my jeep THAT I LEASED FROM THEM, and after waiting 25 minutes for someone to help me the Absolute worst dealership ever. I was doing a lease return on my jeep THAT I LEASED FROM THEM, and after waiting 25 minutes for someone to help me they informed me i needed a pre inspection before returning the lease. I called chrysler capital from the dealership and they informed me there was no such rule and i absolutely could drop it without an inspection. I put their manager Tony on with Chrysler and they set the record straight. After Chrysler got off the phone, Tony then proceeds to explain to me he cant take the car back because he has no room on the lot..... So i stormed out, which is a shame because i was planning on getting a wrangler lease. As im in the parking lot about to leave, another manager comes running out and asks me whats going on... I guess he realized he was losing a customer. I told him what Tony said and he told me to wait he would speak with him. After a 5 minute conversation with Tony he comes back outside and reiterates there is no room.... Despite being within 20 feet of 9 open lot spaces. Ridiculous. More
