STAY AWAY if you're looking for an honest deal! ! Went with my daughter to lease a Hornet. Sticker was about 39k but they had the xxxxx to try to hit her for $650 per month. I lease a 2023 50k ex ! Went with my daughter to lease a Hornet. Sticker was about 39k but they had the xxxxx to try to hit her for $650 per month. I lease a 2023 50k explorer and pay less than $600. Excellent credit, but NO explanation why they're trying to charge so much and God forbid you can get 2 minutes with thw finance guy!!! Bunch of clowns here. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY if you like your money!!!! More

You’re going to read about two remarkable staff members in this review: Ben and Shah. Walking into the dealership with my mother, and as a brand-new co-signer on my lease, I knew I wanted a car with more space and more capability than my Jeep Renegade. Ben first approached my mom and I with an offer on some Jeep Grand Cherokee’s. Offers that truly didn’t break the bank (coming from someone who grinds every single day for every penny to my name), Ben assured me that he wouldn’t empty my bank account on a new car. within 5 minutes of our initial conversation on what car I wanted, Ben introduced my mom and I to Shah. Ben is the embodiment of the work hard, lax spirit mentality. Every sentence that leaves his mouth conveys a sense of ease and simultaneously a business oriented attitude. He works to listen to your concerns and apply his long-standing knowledge of the car market, and to tailor that knowledge to your specific needs. The force of knowledge lies chiefly in its applications. Walking into a dealership is never a one-size-fits-all experience. There will be sales people who xxxxxxxx you, but know that Ben’s words (in his position as a floor manager) carry a final-say effect and eliminate the need for so many middle-men (as so many other car dealerships in my opinion struggle with wasteful bureaucracy). As Ben got to work with contacting banks to find a finance offer that worked for us, we went along with Shah to explore Grand Cherokee options. The ride with Shah to the car lot where the inventory was held was a memorable experience in and of itself. He made me and my mom laugh and made it such a personable experience. He inquired about us, beyond the numbers on a paper that you are to everyone, and my mom and I found ourselves saying “I know, right!” at least 9 times, because the profundity of his conversational ability was about the car financing process and also about life. He transcends the expectations for sales people and sets a standard that won’t easily be matched. Every question I had brought about a quick, in-depth answer about the car and any supplementally correct information that he had (he was truly knowledgeable). If there was and answer he didn’t know, he was willing to learn and grow with us. He showed us that this process was truly dynamic as opposed to a sluggish and hellish experience with back and forth nonsense. Shah sat down to help us fill out all the paperwork (which took a decent amount of time), and was also able to give us space to breathe and talk amongst ourselves while also being able to rush over and answer and questions throughout the whole process. He was always available throughout the same day to answer any questions via phone. He is a truly caring person. Not to mention, the layout of the dealership allows for room to breathe and tons of natural light to quite literally illuminate you while you decide on the next steps of where SSCDJR can take you and how. They give you the control you need to succeed. Ben and Shah collectively restored humanity, and consequently my faith, to an otherwise robotic, sometimes impersonal and stressful process; car buying/leasing. I hope your experience was as amazing as mine. They are the reason i’ll keep coming back to SSCDJR for the foreseeable future. More

Today was no exception. We got a new Compass in less than 24 hours. Ben, Erik Sherriff and Mike were exceptional to deal with, explaining everything as we went along and we didn't have to wait.
