My son’s second time leasing a Jeep and Ben Canarick did so well by Adam. We went in last night and this morning my kid was in the drivers seat! The car had everything he wanted and then some, and well within his budget. We’ve used this dealership for the last vehicle he drove and even though its not exactly local to us, the dealership and Ben were a pleasure to deal with and worth the extra miles. PS they have a great cappuccino machine, free to customers. Even if you don’t get the car, get a cappuccino 🙂 Just kidding, I highly recommend South Shore, it was an excellent experience and my kid, is beyond thrilled. Ask for Ben! You won’t be sorry. Dropped off my car at 10:15 and was told it will be ready within 2 h ad to schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance for manufacturers recall repair. Dropped off my car at 10:15 and was told it will be ready within 2 hours. I called them at 1:15 PM (3 hours later) because no one contacted me they said its on the list and will be taken of after "lunch". I took a car service there and back and nothing was done, I picked up the car without any service being completed. I scheduled my day around this "service" only to have to do it all over again but not with this dealership. I am thoroughly frustrated and upset by this. I would recommend to others not to use this dealership. More
