Worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a service department.. Waited a month for appt which is fine due to covid I was told...Dropped car off on a tuesday and after I called about 5 times an service department.. Waited a month for appt which is fine due to covid I was told...Dropped car off on a tuesday and after I called about 5 times and was told "your service adviser is busy and will call you back" I decided after a week to pick car up... my issues were not a big deal and i needed oil change...needless to say they didnt even do oil change.. Told my husband they are backed uo and have cars sitting there for service since october... HORRIBLE....go to any other jeep service center if you want car fixed. More
