Initially, I came across a vehicle on their website listed at a seemingly reasonable price of $36,422. Eager to make a purchase, I promptly contacted the dealership, only to be told that the car was indeed available for sale. However, my excitement was short-lived as I soon discovered the true extent of the dealership's unscrupulous practices. Within a single week, the price of the car skyrocketed not once, but twice, reaching an exorbitant $37,612. This blatant price manipulation left me feeling both betrayed and exploited. To compound matters, my interactions with the dealership's staff only served to further erode any semblance of trust. Initially, I spoke with Karen, who assured me that the car was available after an alleged deposit fell through. However, my hopes were dashed once again when another manager named Angel contradicted her claims, insisting that the car had received another deposit. The sheer lack of consistency and transparency displayed by Southshore is nothing short of reprehensible. It's evident that their primary concern lies not with providing quality service to customers but with maximizing profits at any cost. In light of my experience, I wholeheartedly advise anyone considering doing business with Southshore to steer clear. Their deceptive practices and price manipulation tactics are a disgrace to the industry. Save yourself the headache and seek out a dealership that values honesty and integrity. More
