I have to give 1 star because it doesn’t allow to put zero . Made a service appointment 1 month ago for a transmission issue, which I was told by a mechanic to bring it to the place I purchased it becaus zero . Made a service appointment 1 month ago for a transmission issue, which I was told by a mechanic to bring it to the place I purchased it because is under warranty!! Today was my appointment at 8am. I checked in online dropped off my keys and headed to work . Later on during the day I got a phone call asking me “why is your truck here?” I explained that I checked in and dropped off my keys (which they couldn’t find until later on ), after explaining the whole morning procedure they transferred me with the service Manager who told me 99%of the clients don’t check in online , I guess my 1% didn’t matter even tho they asked you to do that. He told me I should’ve taken the time of MY DAY OF WORK to HOLD HANDS with the service technician to show him what the problem is , if I’m not mistaken I explained AGAIN online , as they requested THE ISSUE and if that was the case THEY ARE THE PROFESSIONALS who are suppose to fix the problem . They didn’t even put the truck in a lift , just drove it around and said IS FINE , nothing is wrong . I went to pick up my truck at 6PM with a total loss day and my truck still not fixed . Unprofessional, unorganized, very poor service. More
