I went to the sales room late in the evening because my engine light came on my new 2021 Durango. I spoke to my salesman who kntroduced me to Tommy. I told Tommy about what happened. He asked me to stop at the service facility in the morning that they would check it and fix it, if not, they 'd give me a car to use till it was fixed. The next morning when i showed up, I was treated like a celebrity. He and Anthony checked my car, fixed it and added air to my tires. I was finished in no time, I wasn't even late to work! He explained that it was a minor issue and it had been resolved. I am so glad that I got my truck at south shore. Tommy gets 5 stars in my book for being true to his words. More
