Worst experience of my life brought my car in for ac service on Wednesday they told me it was ready I went Friday to pick it up when I got there they gave me a receipt of the work that was performed and service on Wednesday they told me it was ready I went Friday to pick it up when I got there they gave me a receipt of the work that was performed and told me the car will be out in a few min ,I waited like 40 min then a manager tells me the car was never fixed that who told me that ,lol Gave me a runaround with a loan a car which I never got and made me late for work I had to walk home and nearly lost my job. I called sat and Sunday left messages god forbid someone returns your call to give you a update or even answer the phone ,I called Monday morning they told me to come get my car it’s fixed and finished again for the second time I asked numerous times are you sure she told me yes ,I took a cab there upon arrival same xxxxxxxx car was never fixed and still in pieces and nobody had any answers lol I waited almost 2 xxxxing months for this service appointment and this is what I got real nice Lol This place is such a joke I would not take a bicycle there to have it fixed ,I took my car out of there and I’m bringing it to another service center I hope it will be better More

Although my credit line was horrible, Herson took the time to work with my budget as best as possible. We met in 3 several occasions, but the offers did not meet my budget. I went to the sales room late in the evening because my engine light came on my new 2021 Durango. I spoke to my salesman who kntroduced me to Tommy. I told Tommy about what happened. He asked me to stop at the service facility in the morning that they would check it and fix it, if not, they 'd give me a car to use till it was fixed. The next morning when i showed up, I was treated like a celebrity. He and Anthony checked my car, fixed it and added air to my tires. I was finished in no time, I wasn't even late to work! He explained that it was a minor issue and it had been resolved. I am so glad that I got my truck at south shore. Tommy gets 5 stars in my book for being true to his words. More
