Worst Treatment I have ever experienced at a dealership- made an appointment to go buy a specific car- salesperson stated nothing else - drove 4 hours to get there - someone else was test driving the car we made an appointment to go buy a specific car- salesperson stated nothing else - drove 4 hours to get there - someone else was test driving the car we were there to buy. That resolved but then they gave our sale not to the guy that was trying to sell it and not to the guy we originally spoke to but to another sales person, who was nice but was more interested in whatever was on her phone - who then told us we could get the price lower if we did dealer financing - we explained that we had financing already secured, then we wait , then we get - oh price is different than advertised unless you do dealer financing, so we say fine we just want the advertised price - so we do dealer financing, a couple hours later we are finally sitting down with finance guy who shows us the "extended warranty" paperwork which I ask for a copy of - we agree to a warranty , then a couple hours later we are still waiting for final paperwork - so freaking tired and not looking forward to drive home - never noticed they added $1000.00 to base price after everything anyway so now I have a paper that says we paid "x" for car and agreed to that - but my paperwork starts off with price $1,00 more--guess what- no one will call me back, DONT GO HERE , Chrysler Customer Service - work with dealer- how are you suppose to work with dealer if they wont call you back -- guess I have to file against surety bond - because this is not truth in advertising , and there is no reason for the additional base price of this car in any of the paperwork -HOPE THEY READ THIS, MAYBE THEN THEY WILL BE MOTIVATED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT-PS none of the people listed below for this dealership More
