I found the vehicle I was interested in via the internet and made an appointment to see the vehicle. Ed Smull the salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The 2016 Accord was exactly what I was looking for my granddaughter who is leaving for college in the fall. There were a couple of items that needed to be taken care of (window tinting removed and seats cleaned) and Ed readily agreed to take care of those items. The price negotiations went well and quickly as they responded close to my counter offer. The car was ready two days later and Ed was quite helpful and coming to my home to help me retrieve the proper password to verify my bank balance for the check I was writing. The one problem I had was the 112 point inspection missed a very important item. When I got home I pulled the space saver spare from the trunk it virtually had no air in it. It appeared it had probably never been taken out of the trunk in 9 years. I filled it with air and every thing is fine now. With my 18 year-old granddaughter driving the car, that is a very important item should she every have a flat tire. Overall I give the dealership and Ed the highest rating. More
