This service took a reasonable amount of time (oil change and fluid replacement in the rear differential). I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. The service advisor was extremely helpful and courteous. It was raining heavily when my 2019 Pilot was finished, and he went into the rain and brought the vehicle inside, so I didn't have to get wet.
