May 31, 2025 Gabe Huffman was the service advisor for my 2012 Pilot. He was prompt to greet me for my 7:00 appointment. I noticed his thoroughness to make sure all my requests and concerns were noted and ad 2012 Pilot. He was prompt to greet me for my 7:00 appointment. I noticed his thoroughness to make sure all my requests and concerns were noted and addressed appropriately. I asked him to make sure the recommended spark plug change was necessary, and after he checked with the mechanic, his response aligned with Honda’s maintenance schedule based on my quick research. I mentioned needing to bring my wife’s vehicle in next weekend and that I’m shopping for tires. He gave me his direct number and encouraged me to reach out to make sure they had my choice of tire ready to go. He also walked me through which route to go with replacing 2 or all 4 tires based on the model of Pilot. Gabe is the ideal advisor and I’m looking forward to working with him again.
