I made an appointment to have my oil changed online. When I showed up to the dealership, I was ignored by everyone for almost 10 minutes. No other customers were inside at the time. Eventually someone came out to get my car. I was told it could take 1-2 hours since they had multiple cars ahead of me. I went inside and waited. Almost 2 1/2 hours later I received a text saying they completed the inspection and I need additional work done on my car. I agreed to the services and waited longer. After waiting for a total of 3 1/2 hours I texted asking for an update on my cars status. I was told they were doing the paperwork. Another 20 minutes later I was finally able to pay for the services and go to my car. My car was a mess, they left papers in my car, and they did not put an updated sticker with the new oil change mileage on my windshield. My car seems to run well and I have not had any issues with the engine since it was fixed two hours ago. The lack of care for their customers, lack of communication, and disrespect of others time is disappointing. I would recommend not having appointment spots available if you can not take care of the customer during that time. Also, please great your customers and acknowledge their existence. I understand we are all busy and it can be overwhelming. But this experience has caused me to never return to your dealership. More

When I went to South Pointe Honda it was different. They took the time to listen to what I needed in a new vehicle as well as the price point I was trying to stay within. They were never pushy about the sale. Very nice people and I highly recommend them. More
