Very disappointed in the service received. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle for an oil change. The staff inside at the payment counter was VERY unprofessional and rude. The technician I made an appointment to drop my vehicle for an oil change. The staff inside at the payment counter was VERY unprofessional and rude. The technician that did the oil change left grease and grime all over my steering wheel and gear shift, and left the stereo speakers were so loud the speakers actually sounded busted. I am actually a returning customer but with the service I received today I will use another Honda dealer in the future. More
