Took our crv for oil change today and to start it was 20 minutes before a service person finally came to my car to check me in. I was informed it would take 2-1/2 to 3 hours as I was waiting. They were abou minutes before a service person finally came to my car to check me in. I was informed it would take 2-1/2 to 3 hours as I was waiting. I’m not sure why I continue going back here. Every time I deal with the service department it’s a nightmare. Less than 3 weeks ago I had my break pads changed and rotors resurfaced, the next day Every time I deal with the service department it’s a nightmare. Less than 3 weeks ago I had my break pads changed and rotors resurfaced, the next day it started making a noise when I compress my brakes. Today I had an appointment to have the noise assessed because I had been told by 2 different mechanics that it was my brakes and I needed to take it back to have them fix it. 3hours after I got there, they hadn’t even looked at my car. I went to my service advisor, Allison Two different times while I was waiting and the third time I had finally had enough, she claims she wasn’t aware I was waiting! They drove my car said the noise is coming from my struts… However, my struts weren’t making that noise prior to having my brake pads changed, and the noise only happens when I compress my brakes.. I took it to another mechanic as soon as I left. He also said that it was my brakes and to go back and ask for the service manager! I went back, asked for the service manager, and was told he was not there. I asked them to look at my car again because I was certain It was the brakes. My service Advisor was relaying messages from the mechanic back-and-forth to me and she eventually came and got me to go show me that it was my “struts” leaking…. And the noise was not my brakes. While this was all going on, the service manager, Randy, who “wasn’t there” walked out of an office. This will be my last visit with south point honda!! More

Good experience all around. We went by on Sunday to see if there were any vehicles meeting the criteria we had come up with. There were two. We went in on Tuesday to drive them, there was one left. After negotiating a fair price for a trade, we drove home in a nice car. Thanks Jordan! More
