I haven’t had a lot of experience with the dealership, but I have with the service department. I didn’t have a very good experience yesterday with service department. I had a 1230 appointment arrived at but I have with the service department. I didn’t have a very good experience yesterday with service department. I had a 1230 appointment arrived at 12:15 checked in . By three. I did not hear tried to call the service person did not answer by text or call 330. I went to the service desk and lo and behold, my car was ready, check out memory for seat had been changed,,mirrors were out of kilter. I was not a happy camper. Check my service in the memory on the oil change was not changed. At 4:20 I receive an email saying my car was ready. Makes me wonder if I had not went to the service desk if I had had to wait till 420 to pick up my car I have had my car service there ever since I bought it in 2019 have been happy but yesterday was a bad experience. More
