I scheduled an appointment. I was on time for an oil change and basic service. After 1 1/2 hr I was told they had an issue and I was lost in the system. It was over 2 hrs for I was on time for an oil change and basic service. After 1 1/2 hr I was told they had an issue and I was lost in the system. It was over 2 hrs for a scheduled basic appointment. After that they did not reset maintenance so I still have the warning light. More
