I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic from a Hyundai dealership late last year. I also bought the extended warranty, the dealership was refusing to honor that. In fact they told me to go to a Honda dealership and late last year. I also bought the extended warranty, the dealership was refusing to honor that. In fact they told me to go to a Honda dealership and I was always being dismissed anytime I needed anything done to the vehicle. So as I was turned away this last time, I searched the nearest Honda dealership and saw South Point Honda. I went in telling them I was having A/C issues and I set up an appointment ( was only 2 business days away mind you ) Picked the car up the same day, there was a manufacturing service warranty on a certain seal on my compressor. So I was just getting a Freon refill and a dye in it to tell where it was leaking from, but they took care of all of that! Now I got no leaks and after working in the sun all day I can now enjoy a cold drive home!! Matthew Armstrong the service advisor was super helpful and friendly! Anthony the technician was very thorough and did a great job! Everyone was just super cool and it was a welcoming place. Will definitely keep coming back for anything I need and most definitely will come back when it’s time for a new car!!! More
